Collar covers fit over your pet's collar -
the inner lining has an insert that pushes the fabric outwards, delivering
a fuller
"scrunchie" look (but without the bulk and still showing the fabric
pattern). They are sized to
be 2" to 8" longer than the collar. Recommended sizes are shown below....choose the next-larger size if your pet's collar
is within 2" of the maximum recommended length. We recommend hand-laundering or the use of
a lingerie bag to machine-launder collar covers with attached bows.
